Tauz was our doula for both of my daughters births, she helped not just myself, but my partner and immediate family that was present to be involved in my births. She helped me to relax, cope with labor and also reminded me to breathe, eat and drink water. I’m thankful for the encouragement and reassurance she provided when caring for me during my labors
